In addition to the fabrication process, we create our jewelry using the lost wax casting method. If we fabricate a piece using wire and sheet, cutting, bending and hammering to create the shapes that we need, and then soldering the elements together, many times the rusulting jewelry is unique, to say the least. At times we use a combination of the two methods. Below is pictured a platinum ring that we created by carving a wax. The blue wax model is above the completed ring.
This platinum ring contains a wonderful, Royal Blue, transparent sapphire weighing 2.09 carats. There are over 1/3 of a carat of VS2 to SI2 clarity, F to H color, Russian, Full Cut diamond side stones. This "Art Deco" style ring is approximately 8 millimeters wide. The ring tapers to a 3 millimeter wide shank that is 2 millimeters thick. This 1/2 troy ounce ring is made to be enjoyed for many, many years!
